Have your say on priorities for this year’s state election

We are pleased to invite you to a special Member Forum to discuss and develop ECCV’s advocacy priorities in the lead-up to the 2022 Victorian state election.

We would like to hear from our members about the issues that matter most to your communities to help inform ECCV’s 2022 State Election Platform.

What support do our diverse communities need to recover from the impacts of COVID-19? How do we tackle the racism and structural inequalities that our communities face in the workforce, education, healthcare system and beyond? These are just some questions and priorities for the multicultural sector over the next four years. Our recent our Pre-Budget Submission 2022-23, includes detailed analysis of some of the key issues currently affecting Victoria’s migrant and refugee communities.

The Member Forum will also be a great opportunity for our members to meet ECCV’s new CEO, Emiliano Zucchi, who is looking forward to working with our members to advocate on behalf of Victoria’s migrant and refugee communities.
