If you are a mental health service provider, researcher, policy-maker, community organisation, consumer or carer, or if your work is related to the mental health needs of multicultural communities, ECCV would love to hear from you.

ECCV is collaborating with the Victorian Multicultural Commission (VMC) and KPMG to undertake two consultation workshops in August and September about collecting mental health data.

The recommendations collected from these consultations will be used to inform the Department of Health’s ongoing reforms to make the collection of mental health data more culturally safe, accessible and relevant to the needs of all Victorians from diverse backgrounds.

ECCV and VMC will be holding two 2-hour online consultation workshops:

We are particularly interested in hearing about any challenges you have experienced in collecting or using mental health data relating, and what solutions you have discovered to overcome these issues.

The meetings will be held online using Zoom. All information gathered in the consultations will be de-identified. Interpreters in your language can be provided if needed.
