The Ethnic Communities’ Council of Victoria (ECCV) appreciates the opportunity to submit comments to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) Victoria Electricity pricing Review (The Review).
In terms of electricity distribution pricing and the companies involved, ECCV has not consulted with culturally diverse communities. The Review is the first time for ECCV to review progress in the national harmonisation of energy regulation and we see value in learning about this transition and its effect on culturally diverse Victorians.
