ECCV is proud to support Cultural Diversity Week 2022. Every year in March, Cultural Diversity Week bring Victorians together to celebrate the colourful sounds, sights, movements and tastes of the state’s rich multicultural communities. Cultural Diversity Week invites us to reconnect, share and express ourselves creatively through this year’s theme; ‘Connecting Through Culture’.

The United Nation’s International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination paved the way for Cultural Diversity Week. This International Day, observed on 21 March each year, reminds us that while celebrating multiculturalism is vital, so too is supporting and advocating on behalf of multicultural communities. While racism exists, we must continue to use our voice to work with and for communities to see it eliminated.
