The Victorian Government is planning on making changes to Victorian laws, policies, and programs to address workplace sexual harassment.

    ECCV has made this submission to highlight the impact of workplace sexual harassment on women from migrant and refugee backgrounds. The submission particularly focuses on women on temporary visas, women in precarious employment, and in low-paid industries. There is a need for a comprehensive approach to preventing workplace sexual harassment, as well as more responsive options for supporting workers who experience sexual harassment at work. ECCV has also highlighted the need for specific outreach to small and micro-businesses.
