The following organisations make it easy to help access, navigate and understand the National Insurance Disability Scheme (NDIS), including translated information.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

The one-stop website for everything to do with the National Disability Insurance Scheme, including access to services and providers.

Disability Gateway

The Disability Gateway has information and services to help people with disability, their family, friends and carers, to find the support they need in Australia.

MiAccess

Multilingual Information Access (MiAccess) is a website that brings together available translated information to support access to the NDIS.
  

Victorian Disability Worker Commission (VDWC)

The Victorian Disability Worker Commission’s role is to administer the Disability Worker Regulation Scheme.

Action on Disability in Ethnic Communities

ADEC supports people with a disability from CALD backgrounds to fully participate in the community. Its services include resources and programs, as well as NDIS coordination.

AMPARO Advocacy

AMPARO supports people from CALD backgrounds with disability to better understand disability in an Australian context.

National Ethnic Disability Alliance

NEDA is an organisation run by and for CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) people with disability.

DND is a self-advocacy program supporting people with disability from migrant and refugee backgrounds living in North West Victoria. The program is run by people with disability from CALD backgrounds and delivered at the Migrant Resource Centre (MRC) St Albans office.
