ECCV is working with Metro Trains Melbourne to gain a greater understanding of the barriers people from migrant and refugee backgrounds face when using Melbourne’s train network.
Metro Trains wants to reduce barriers and improve access to travel and information about the train network.
We invite people from multicultural communities to share their experiences, ideas and concerns by completing a short survey.
The survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete. Survey participants can enter a draw to win a $50 gift voucher.
Your input will inform the CALD Strategy Metro Trains is developing to increase the confidence of multicultural communities to travel with Metro and to enhance their overall experience.
