COVID-19 Information Session for people with disability and their carers

    November 25, 2021 @ 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

We invite people from migrant and refugee backgrounds living with disability, and their carers, to join ECCV for a free information session on how to protect yourself and your loved ones from COVID-19.

The session will feature three speakers: Mohamed Mohideen, Martin, and Elizabeth Castle.

Mohamed Mohideen, who is the Head of Priority Communities Engagement in the Victorian Government’s COVID-19 Vaccination Program, will be sharing information about COVID-19 vaccines and COVIDSafe practices.

Martin, who is a person living with disability and a COVID-19 Community Champion, will be sharing their personal vaccination story.

Elizabeth Castles, who is the Statewide Coordinator of the Victorian Disability Liaison Officer Program, will be sharing information on how Disability Liaison Officers can provide support to people living with disability and their carers.

ECCV is proud to present this session as part of our COVID-19 Multicultural Outreach Project, which aims to keep migrant and refugee communities informed, engaged and supported about the public health response to the pandemic.

The session will be held via Zoom. Please click on the link below at 10:30am to join the session.
