I currently work in the community sector and in private practice as a psychotherapist and an educator. I am an advocate for gender equity and women empowerment. I advocate for inclusive participation of people from different backgrounds and I provide community education to promote multiculturalism, respect, and equally for all regardless of race, gender, cultural background, ability or sexuality.

    I previously nominated as a candidate for the presidency of the Nigerian Association in Victoria and I currently serve as the chair of the Rules Review Committee (RRC). I serve on different committees within my ethnic community.

    I am a self-appointed mentor within the African community at the Baw Baw Shire Council where I nominated for local government council during the 2016 local government election.

    I hold a Master of Education, Master of Counselling, Graduate Diploma in Psychology, Bachelor of Arts in Education and am awaiting conferment of my Ph.D.
