Are you a communications all-rounder passionate about multiculturalism and social justice?
ECCV is seeking a creative and industrious Communications Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, two days a week (between Tuesday to Thursday). You will assist in the production of high-quality content across ECCV’s platforms to support our projects, and policy and advocacy work.
Working collaboratively as part of a small team, you will help produce sector newsletters and publications, create compelling website and social media content, and support a range of projects and events. The position requires excellent writing and editing skills, the ability to think critically and problem solve, as well as a passion for content creation.
Our ideal candidate is someone with initiative, a curious mind, attention to detail, and the ability to work across a range of communications platforms to engage with our diverse stakeholders.
You will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a communications role or a related field.
The position is remunerated pro rata at Level 4 ($77,000 to $83,000 plus super) of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, depending on experience.
