Funding Opportunity Social Inclusion in Aged Care

The Department of Health has opened a funding program called "Count Us In" to provide social inclusion for older people living in public sector residential aged care services in Victoria. This program has been operating for some years and aims to promote and facilitate community inclusion, good health and quality of life for residents.
