Strategic Plan 2010-2014
Our new Strategic Plan 2010-2014 sets the direction and priorities for the Ethnic Communities’ Council of Victoria for the next four years. The plan presents our vision,our mission, values and purpose. The operational concepts that arise from our values and vision include work in the areas of Representation, Advocacy, Policy Development and Capacity Building.
The plan was informed by input from:

- ECCV Members
- ECCV Staff
- Stakeholders through questionnaires, focus groups and discussions

Our vision is of a culturally diverse and harmonious society that is just, fair and inclusive where all people have the opportunity to participate in and contribute to, community life.
Our Mission
Is to work to ensure that we remain a member driven peak body committed to empowering people from diverse and multicultural backgrounds. We strive to be a leader in advocating for human rights, freedom, respect, equality and dignity for multicultural communities and in building a strong and inclusive Victorian community.
