Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan 2005-2010 sets the direction and priorities for Ethnic Communities’ Council of Victoria for the next five years. The plan presents our vision, values, key trends, issues and challenges and a summary of strategic priorities, outcomes and performance indicators.
